TRAIN TRAIN TRAIN. hope this routine would be practice daily. morning: cycling 10km/jogging 3km. 3 sets of 20 crunches 3 sets of 20 push up night: cycling 10km(optional) 5 sets of 20 crunches 5sets of 20 push up GYM 2 TIMES A WEEK.
