Given a less than 20% chance of survival, he beat the disease and went on to win seven straight Tour de France titles. power! haha! Saturday, January 9, 2010 hey, it's been so long since i update. i need a change in blog skin. haizz.. my progress of cycling, it's GOOD! well, just now went SP n NP with SAM!,FATTAH!,EZRA! n rafiqin! haha! quite fun and tiring. i bouldered! haha! i think that is how it is spelled. and i didnt realise i nearly chip off my toe nail. haha! eek! i know. haha! it was bleeding. n i only managed to complete 2 times. sad! 3 times get free t shirt. so i bought 1 shirt,1 singlet at sp. got the goodie bag too! n yeah! we played paintball! i got top among them! 130 points. won a yoyo n keychain! haha! aft all that, went Ngee Ann poly. got free goodie bag, good luck donut n coffee. haha! went to the conventional hall and took part in we love NP and won free shirt. woo!~ haiyo. wondered arnd and went home. tired sia! walao! tmrw most prob cycling to maxwell with wdldz cyclique. hmm, aft that go religious class.. haizz.. body kinda feel weak right now! i feel bored! yes! bored! n i dont know why i kinda feel sad. grr.. haizz! i need someone to chat with! dying of boredom!! btw, SAM, i updated heh?.. :] tat's all! hmm, new bike i got here! Sunday, December 13, 2009 hey, update for the day. 23.60km in 48mins. gee.. wth.. so bad sia the timing. sial lah! i see the past yr race result for singapore sprint like 15km in 25min. wth siol! nvm. 2mrw must clock 10km in 15 mins! argh! top speed: only 42km/h. TRAIN TRAIN TRAIN. hope this routine would be practice daily. morning: cycling 10km/jogging 3km. 3 sets of 20 crunches 3 sets of 20 push up night: cycling 10km(optional) 5 sets of 20 crunches 5sets of 20 push up GYM 2 TIMES A WEEK. SWIM 2 TIMES A WEEK. *AT MOST OF 3 MEAL OF RICE PER WEEK & NO MORE THAN THAT. come 'on ziq! u can do it! discipline is all it takes to achieve! training starts 2mrw! arr! must achieve placing in 2010 singapore sprint series YOUTH duathlon!

Thursday, December 10, 2009 hey, here it is. ytd was the day my bike was delivered to my house. and it was de day i tried it. haha! damn syiok! haha so here is ytd n today's timing 09/12/09 8.6KM - 25min +/- 10/12/09 10KM - 24min +/- 10.86KM - 25min +/- it's arnd there lah seyh. haha! DAD'S FIRST TRI BIKE.  MY FIRST TRI BIKE.  yeah, believe it, it's mine!  that's mine ler!  mine on the right, dad's on the left.  yes, we bought the same bike. we are teamFAMILY. haha! lol! we bought all the same kit except for gloves n speedometer. mine is velo8, his enduro8 haha, we had fun cycling these 2 days. i look forward to more. guess what, 10 km andmy body didnt feel any tiredness. now, have to work on run! haha! ok, that's all. cheerios! off to watch delayed telecast sg vs laos!! Monday, December 7, 2009 hey hey hey! my life as a duathlete starts. well, been training for already 1 week. ytd, bought a tri-bike.  POLYGON HELIOS 450.
ok luh, u.p $ 1 3oo bought it after offer $699 only. amatuer only mah. hmm, so ytd n today was not an intense day for me. ytd didnt do any traning. today too, morning played soccer. hmm, quite scared if i get injured though. haha. so aft soccer went makan with amin. "one mc chicken meal extra lettuce, coke n fries with no salt" amin was like " kau diet ke per sak" ni name nyer kurangkan makan tk berkhasiat. haha! aft that i went home n he went to hariez house. aft sometime at home went to lepak at hariez house. played guitar, gta n lastly played cards at staircase near his house before his mum scolded him. aft that went home. went home n rot! omg! haiyo! hmm, 2mrw there's cca meeting. plan to go to yishun gym aft that. well, see how it goes. worst come to worst go for 4 km jog in the aftnoon! woo! my singapore sprint series DUATHLON is in 3 months time! TRAIN TRAIN TRAIN! PUSH TO THE LIMIT! oo, n dad ask to create a blog abt my life as a duathlete n triathlete-to-be. haha! well, he got high hopes on not only himself, but on me too! ohk well, better catch some sleep!
